Position Overview 

Wibmo seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead our Fraud Risk Management (FRM) product line. The successful candidate will drive strategic product development, architecting platform solutions that address evolving fraud challenges in the payments ecosystem. This role demands exceptional product vision, platform thinking, and the ability to translate complex risk management requirements into scalable solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Product Leadership 
  • Develop and execute the FRM product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives 
  • Identify market opportunities through rigorous competitive analysis and industry research 
  • Formulate comprehensive business cases with quantifiable ROI analysis 
  • Architect platform solutions that scale across market segments and use cases 
  • Product Development Excellence 
  • Transform business requirements into technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria 
  • Prioritize product features based on strategic value, market demand, and technical feasibility 
  • Maintain a robust product backlog with defined success metrics 
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality product releases 
  • Market Positioning & Growth 
  • Develop precise product positioning to differentiate FRM offerings in competitive markets 
  • Create compelling go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities 
  • Analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement 
  • Lead data-driven decisions to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth 
  • Stakeholder Management 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in client engagements and sales processes 
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations to senior executives of financial institutions 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams 
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal product decisions 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from a tier 1 university 
  • 5-7 years of professional experience with minimum 3+ years in product management 
  • Demonstrated expertise in platform architecture and product strategy 
  • Experience in payments, fraud prevention, or risk management strongly preferred 
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management 
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills 
  • Superior communication skills with ability to influence technical and executive audiences 
  • Proven track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced environments
