Product Manager (Post payment)
About the Role
As Merchant support product manager in merchant experience team you will work on a portfolio of products. You will work on improving Payu products across spectrum of services offered. Product manager will own Merchant support flows and communication platform. You will drive product and AI-based solutions to improve merchant experience.
Merchant support is used by all Payu merchants for any query about transaction, settlement, updates to business account or additional product/service requests. You will interact with support teams, engineering teams and other internal teams to improve merchant experience and provide faster resolution to merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Will own end to end product roadmap and delivery for internal and vendor based product flows
- Gather insights on product usage and build roadmap to improve metrics accordingly
- Identify and solve for gaps in merchant experience, reconciliation, integrations, success rates, TATs and reporting
- Build a seamless experience for Payu merchant
- Work with team of engineers, data scientist to build world class merchant support experience across all Payu platforms.
- Think beyond what’s already been solved for in the ecosystem
- Drive product and market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning and roadmap development
- Evangelize new product ideas, strategies and go-to-market plans
- Make data-driven product decisions and democratize product success metrics across teams
- Most importantly, “own the outcome”
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in product management
- Atleast 3 years experience Merchant/customer support product role
- Experience working with different stakeholder ( Marketing, business, sales, Engineering , support teams)
- Worked on product with atleast 15k active merchant/ customer
- Experience working on consumer facing desktop and mobile websites
- Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Experience of more than 3 years of using Analytics tools like Google analytics
- Experience working in collaborative setup with different lines of businesses
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Payments products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Technology Engineering, MBA will be plus
