Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Risk and Policy Head to oversee and manage the risk and policy framework. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing risk and policy within the financial sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Policy and Risk Framework Development:

• Develop and implement appropriate policies, products, and risk metrics.

 

Credit Policy Management:

• Lead the development of credit policies and ensure they meet market requirements.

 

Campaign Management:

• Design and execute impactful campaigns aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

 

Non-Credit Risk Management:

• Create and implement processes and controls for managing non-credit risks, including compliance, fraud, liquidity, and operational risks.

 

Credit Exposure Oversight:

• Ensure that credit exposure aligns with established credit policies, procedures, standards, and capital requirements.

 

Management and Reporting:

• Provide strategic recommendations and comprehensive summary reports to relevant committees, ensuring clear and objective management communication.

 

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust risk management culture and promote risk awareness.

 

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful risk and policy management, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of risk metrics and compliance standards.

Expertise in developing and managing both credit and non-credit risk management frameworks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
