About the Role

As a Senior Lead - Growth & Strategy in our COE Team, you will be a strategic leader working at the nexus of executive decision-making and operational excellence. This senior-level position provides direct access to C-suite leadership while spearheading critical growth initiatives and strategic transformation projects. You'll serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO's office, managing sophisticated stakeholder relationships including Prosus leadership, board members, external clients, and banking partners. This role is designed for an accomplished professional who excels in strategic thinking, complex project leadership, and delivering transformational results in a high-stakes corporate environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving Growth Hacks Initiatives
  • Driving Key Projects from CEOs office
  • Board, External Clients and Banks related initiatives and reviews (including presentation preparation)
  • Internal StraP, AOP, MMM, QBR, Risk and governance reviews preparation
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units
  • Provide analytical and strategic support to the CEO's office on ad-hoc initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience post MBA
  • Established track record of working with cross functional teams
  • Payments/Credit Industry/Consulting background good to have
  • High Ownership mindset
  • Output oriented approach
  • Comfortable working independently with a mandate
  • Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize key responsibilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – thinks organization and execution first
  • Strong analytical capabilities and executive presence
