About the Team:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of large enterprise clients especially in eCom, Quick commerce, Food Delivery etc.

 

About the Role:

As the Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for managing and overseeing large enterprise merchants. In addition to core payment products, you will lead efforts in driving other platform level products with objective of gaining wallet share, better payment experience, deeper penetration with the large goal of achieving higher Revenue and Gross Margin numners. Additionally, you’ll drive process improvements and service standards to provide best in class services to these large enterprises. This role requires a keen understanding of Core payments like Card Payments, UPI, Affordability etc.

 

A successful candidate will work closely with, other stakeholders and support team with the organization like, Banking Ops, Banking Alliances, On-boarding, L&C,  Finance etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in B2B sales in any industry, if experience in merchant acquiring, transaction banking, digital payments or cloud platforms, it will be an added advantage and frequent client meetings.
  • Relationship with large ecommerce, Quick commerce, Food Delivery platforms etc will be preferred.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue levels are grown and product array widened, through cross sell
  • Work closely with regional business lead in strategic and tactical planning for the region
  • Conduct product presentations, demo, commercial negotiation and agreement closure.
  • Act as first point of contact from business team for merchant queries.
  • Work with internal stakeholders in ensuring customer satisfaction with PayU product & services
  • Achieve allocated quarterly and yearly targets for sales in southern region.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
  • Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
