P5 Senior Key Account Manager - PACB Imports

About the Team: The Growth team drives merchant acquisition and revenue growth for PayU. They build strategic alliances and manage key client relationships to expand PayU's payment ecosystem.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a self-driven business professional with strong bias for action to drive Cross Border transactions and PA-CB (Payment Aggregator - Cross Border) imports to the next level. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you would be expected to drive merchant acquisition, retention, and growth while developing and scaling our Cross Border payment solutions under RBI's PA-CB framework.
  • P5 Senior Key Account Manager – PACB Imports will be a key contributor to Growth team and will lead Cross Border and PA-CB imports initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation, merchant hunting, and fulfillment with special emphasis on Cross Border merchants and PA-CB imports
  • Drive Cross Border payment adoption and PA-CB framework compliance for import/export merchants through targeted acquisition and retention strategies
  • Work with cross functional teams including compliance teams for RBI PA-CB regulations and Cross Border transactions
  • Build and manage relationships with quality/mid size merchants engaged in Cross Border trade and import/export under PA-CB framework
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for PA-CB authorized Cross Border transactions for importing/exporting goods and services
  • Drive individual sales targets and key account management for Cross Border and PA-CB segments
  • Generate Business & drive key outcomes of Active Partners, Active Merchants, GMV, Revenue & Gross Margins specifically for Cross Border and PA-CB portfolio

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of Prior experience of handling Large Portfolios (Experience in Payments, Cross Border transactions, and RBI PA-CB framework will be an added advantage)
  • Proven track record in Cross Border payments, international trade, or PA-CB authorized transactions
  • Experience with RBI's Payment Aggregator - Cross Border framework, import/export payment facilitation preferred
  • Extremely high degree of ownership for the Business
  • Ability to find solutions to complex problems particularly in Cross Border compliance and RBI PA-CB regulatory environments
  • Understanding of RBI PA-CB regulations, international payment compliance, and cross-border trade dynamics
  • Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements
  • Immense resolve to achieve ambitious targets
  • Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skill with experience in Cross Border transaction analytics under PA-CB framework
