About the Team:
The GIB team at PayU plays a vital role in hunting and nurturing the Govt. set ups, educational set ups and TASC set ups. Working cross-functionally, we contribute massively in entire PayU business and objective is to support the Govt. digital initiatives. Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and integral to PayU’s success in navigating an evolving regulatory landscape in both domestic contexts.
About the Role:
As the Key Account Manager Role – Expectation from the role to develop and maintain strong relationship with key Govt. institutional clients and big educational set ups collaborate to offer tale solution that meet the unique need Govt. and institutional clients. Negotiate and manager, renew contract to ensure compliance, mitigate risk and maximum revenue. Gather and analysis market inside to stay informed about market trend. Extensive travelling is expected as the requirement of the organisation.
Candidate need to identified and pursue new business opportunity expanding extending relationship and delivering exceptional customer services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have Bank Partnership experience of more than 2 Years.
- Candidate should be into Govt and Education portfolio and to hunt the merchant through banks.
- Inter City travelling will be key to perform the job.
- Ability to meet CXOs and senior leadership
- Experience of online business and navigate among banks and Merchants wrt Govt and Education.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects customer through cold call, referral, research & networking for the zone.
- Responsible for driving revenue aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets, open to travel, easily collaborates with internal teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
- Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
