P3 Assistant Manager- Process Design

About the Team:

The Projects team at PayU Payments drives strategic business initiatives and ensures seamless delivery of cross-functional projects across the organization. They collaborate with various stakeholders to implement process improvements, system enhancements, and new product launches. The team focuses on project governance, timeline management, and ensuring successful execution of key business objectives to support PayU's growth and operational excellence.

 

 

About the Role:

Drive product and business planning processes across cross-functional teams.

• Review and analyse integrated product and design process solutions that deliver efficiency and drive PayU's business success.

• Create comprehensive process documentation describing business cases, high-level use cases, and operational requirements.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Define and measure operational success metrics for products and payment gateways post-go-live

• Conduct periodic reviews of existing processes and implement necessary changes for continuous improvement.

• Define, design, and maintain project charters and timelines across multiple stakeholders.• Collaborate and coordinate closely with engineering, production, product, operations, and sales teams on product development, QA, and release processes, including payment gateway integrations.

• Maintain project trackers and communicate dependencies to all relevant stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Previous experience in Banking / Fintech domain.

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Acquiring platforms with adequate knowledge of operational activities.

• 4-5 years of strong experience in Project management roles preferably in Banking or Aggregator platforms.

• Understanding of the Project Life Cycle.

• Self-driven approach.

• Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at appropriate levels.

• Problem-solving ability with adherence to deadlines and tight timelines

• Highly effective in cross-functional team management.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and communication speaking skills.
