About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to join our dynamic growth team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on SEO experience and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, with a proven track record in driving organic growth in competitive markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements for improved search visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to continuously refine strategies.
- Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns and partnerships.
- Work with technical teams to resolve SEO-related technical issues.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of SEO experience, preferably in fintech or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Familiarity with website analytics, content management systems, and HTML/CSS basics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
