M2 Senior Manager - Sales
About the Role:
We are looking for a self-driven business leader with strong bias for action to take the SMB Longtail business to the next level. As a Lead Longtail Business, you would be expected to drive the Overall Active Merchant base through Retention, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing and growth product roadmaps.
Associate Director - Sales would be part of leadership team of SMB function.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute different segment campaigns for lead generation, hunting new merchants, fulfillment.
- Working with cross functional teams.
- Interact with quality/ mid size merchants to grow business.
- Role includes managing a team of 4-5 KAMs.
- Generate Business & drive key outcomes of Active Partners, Active Merchants, GMV, Revenue & Gross Margins.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of Prior experience of handling Large Portfolios (Experience in SMB, Payments will be an added advantage)
- Extremely high degree of ownership for the Business.
- Ability to find solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements
- Immense resolve to achieve ambitious targets
- Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skill
