About the Role
As a Senior Manager – GTM Strategy & Synergy, you will work at the nexus of executive decision-making and operational excellence. You will be a key strategic partner to the CEO's office, managing critical stakeholder relationships and leading projects across Wibmo Leadership and other PayU Group Companies. This role is designed for an accomplished professional who excels in strategic thinking, complex project leadership, and delivers transformational results in a high-stakes corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, driving GTM for Wibmo products and delivering value across the PayU ecosystem
- Collaborate with central support functions and product to ensure alignment between strategy and implementation
- Identify opportunity areas for growth across payment use cases in the market and develop GTM plans to tap into these opportunities
- Develop comprehensive business plans for existing and new offerings and payment solutions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic priorities with regulatory requirements and technological capabilities
- Provide analytical and strategic support to the CEO's office
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience post MBA from tier 1/ tier 2 institute.
- Established track record of working with cross functional teams
- Comfortable working independently with a mandate
- Payments industry knowledge is a big positive; BFSI industry experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize key responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset – thinks organization and execution first
- Strong analytical capabilities and executive presence
