About the Role

As a Manager – GTM, you will work at the nexus of executive decision-making and operational excellence. You will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO's office, managing critical stakeholder relationships including Wibmo Leadership, clients, and banking partners. This role is designed for an accomplished professional who excels in strategic thinking, complex project leadership, and delivers transformational results in a high-stakes corporate environment.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutioning and Delivery on go-to-market preparation and finalization for Wibmo products
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology and central support functions to ensure alignment between business strategy and technical implementation
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop comprehensive business plans for existing and new offerings and payment solutions
  • Analyze key market trends instrumental for forecasting, including emerging financial technologies, payment innovations, and changing customer behaviors
  • Conduct market research to identify target and serviceable segments within the financial services ecosystem
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic priorities with regulatory requirements and technological capabilities
  • Provide analytical and strategic support to the CEO's office

 

Key Roles/Responsibilities

 

  • Resposible to develop the next generation of platforms and applications in payments.
  • Build and lead a team to create robust, highly scalable, high quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to solve complex problems.
  • Advocate and champion quality coding, design and best practices.
  • Communicate design and test impact based on business requirements.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 4+ years of relevant experience post MBA from tier 1/ tier 2 institute.
  • Established track record of working with cross functional teams
  • Payments/Credit Industry/Consulting background good to have
  • High Ownership mindset
  • Output oriented approach
  • Comfortable working independently with a mandate
  • Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize key responsibilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – thinks organization and execution first
  • Strong analytical capabilities and executive presence
