About the Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and partners.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure project dilivary .
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets in partnership with the sales and contribute to overall company revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Conduct perodic meetings with clients to review account performance and address concerns.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and client retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet client needs.
  • Monitor account metrics and sales performance, providing reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Seek feedback from clients to improve products/services and identify new opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 10+  yrs of relevant payment experience
  • Should have contacts within key banks and Fintechs in the region
  • Should be from Mobile Payments/PG/ Prepaid/ background and should have done $ 1-2 million target.
  • They should have platform sales for 1 of the domains of biz (exp for 5yrs)
  • Deep exposure in cross selling products to cleints based on the business needs
  • Discipline in managing the existing customers
