Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Service executive/Sr executive
Job Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Actioning promptly on the customer complaints/requests/queries by maintaining the SLA.
- Followup with internal teams to ensure the timely response to the customer case.
- Excel skills required (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)

Requirements:

-Requires basic analytical skills
-Hands on experience in CRM system under customer service and preferably experience in financial services with knowledge of loans.
