About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in executing website revamps, redesigns, and digital product launches. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of complex web projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end website redesign and revamp projects from conception to go-live
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Marketing, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and cross-team alignment meetings.
- Review and validate HTML/CSS implementations to ensure design fidelity
- Collaborate with development teams on technical feasibility and timeline estimation
- Conduct pre-launch testing coordination and UAT management
- Oversee website performance optimization and technical requirements gathering
- Plan and execute go-live strategies including rollback procedures and contingency plans
- Coordinate deployment schedules across multiple environments (staging, production)
- Manage post-launch monitoring and issue resolution protocols
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
- Manage scope changes and timeline adjustments with clear communication
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post-mortem analysis
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in web/digital projects
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Technology, or related field
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or proprietary CMS).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
