About the Role
PayU Finance is looking for a highly motivated MBA graduate to join the CEO’s office as Chief of Staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives, support executive decision-making, and contribute to the growth and performance of the PayU Finance business.
The role will provide broad exposure to multiple functions, including sales, product, operations, HR, finance, and business strategy.
What You’ll Work On
- Strategic Support: Support the CEO in strategic planning, business development research, and analytical evaluation of key business decisions.
- Project Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive high-priority projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment, and delivery of key outcomes.
- Business Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, identify business opportunities, and prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Executive Communication: Support communication with group executive teams and shareholders, assist in preparing investor relations materials, and facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Process Optimisation: Identify operational inefficiencies, support business process improvement initiatives, and help implement scalable solutions across functions.
- Special Projects: Lead and manage high-impact initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth strategies. Projects may span sales, product, operations, HR, and other business functions.
- Executive Office Support: Help the CEO track strategic priorities, monitor key deliverables, and ensure effective follow-through on critical business actions.
What We’re Looking For
- An MBA graduate with 4–5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced and analytical environment.
- Experience in the lending or financial services industry or a consulting environment will be preferred.
- Prior experience working directly with C-level executives, particularly within financial services organisations, will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in programme or project management, preferably involving technology-driven initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage complex, high-priority initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- High levels of ownership, maturity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information and strategic business plans with integrity and professionalism.
