Job Overview: 

 

As a growth APM, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization strategies on existing as well for new partnerships and own the respective funnels. You will work cross-functionally with business teams, partner teams, platform PMs,  engineering, QA, design and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and help drive scale and retention. 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps for the growth and retention charter ensuring alignment with business, policy & compliance teams.
  • Responsible for analysing funnel blockers and solve the same to scale and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Hands on work on database to understand the product data flow and come up with solutions to solve for business, operations and better customer experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, operations, customer service and compliance teams to develop and launch new features to scale personal loans business and drive sustainable P&L growth
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for funnel  enhancements and raise above industry standard.
  • Leverage AI tools to define ideal funnel and raise the bar for industry standard.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure cohesiveness of the overall product strategy.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to sprint executions to GTM roll out while while maintaining 95% plus Say-do ratio

 

 

Qualifications:

  • B.E or B.Tech from premier institute & MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in India.
  • Minimum 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a Lending domain in Banks/NBFCs or fintechs.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
  • Hands on SQL and DB tools like DataGrip, TablePlus, and DBeaver for cross-platform SQL/NoSQL interaction.
  • Hands on UX building tools like Figma & AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code for building quick journeys.
  • Preferred experience with Business Rules Engines (BRE) and a decent understanding of credit underwriting processes, repayments and collections.

 

 

Required Skills:

 

* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven product plans. Must be able to identify long-term opportunities and challenges while balancing short-term needs.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong technical acumen with an understanding of software architecture, data systems, and modern software development practices. Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, and scalable platforms is highly desirable.

* User-Centric Design: Experience with user-centred design principles and practices. Ability to work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure the product meets high usability standards and addresses user pain points effectively.
* Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor success metrics and make data-driven decisions. Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable changes.
* Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to define project scopes, allocate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. Experience with JIRA/Agile and Scrum methodologies is must.
* Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organization. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Adaptability: High adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot strategies quickly based on new information.

 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and a solid understanding of database management and querying.
  • Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems and Loan Management Systems, with the ability to leverage these platforms to enhance product functionality and user experience.
