Job Description

• Revenue assurance reviews and processes to address changing risk profiles, systems evolution both inside and outside Finance or high visibility revenue streams
• Month end close/Quarter close activities and accounting, GL review and reconciliations
• Liaising with auditors (Internal/External) for quarterly/year-end audit, closing audit queries
• Championing revenue protection issues across the organization, influencing and engaging key stakeholders on activities and resource requirements
• Updating/improvement of processes, training and governance documents
• Team player- ability to work with cross functional teams across finance, operations, technology, etc..
• Strong business understanding, accounting implications, linkages with finance, identification of risk, controls and mitigation.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS and IFRS), especially Ind AS 115 on revenue recognition.
• Review of debtors/ advances and discussions with business teams on recoveries.
• Ability to understand systems and design of accounting / financial reports for various business transactions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the RevOps function

What person will bring :

• 5-7 years of experience in revenue assurance/operations preferably in financial services sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Capability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Complex problem solving with a focus on attention to detail.
• Preferably experienced in SAP S4 Hana
• Ability to work independently and organize/prioritize large volumes of data.
