About the Role
We are seeking a HR Intern-Python who is passionate about programming, data, and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, basic knowledge of APIs, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools. This role offers hands-on experience in developing applications, deploying code, building dashboards, and working with data repositories. The candidate should have a mindset to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts and applications.
- Integrate and work with APIs for automation and data workflows.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools for development and debugging.
- Deploy code to server or cloud environments and support version control.
- Design and build dashboards using Power BI for data visualization.
- Contribute to creation and management of data repositories (added advantage).
- Participate in workflow automation; exposure to orchestration tools like Apache Airflow is a plus.
- Assist in documentation, code reviews, and team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
- Completion of at least one Python full-stack course or certification.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and building dashboards.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred Skills / Advantages
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (Airflow) or automation frameworks.
- Understanding of data repositories and database management.
- Familiarity with Git, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic web frameworks (Flask/Django).
- Exposure to cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
