About the Role

As an Associate Manager in the Outbound Sales Team at PayU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of our business by leveraging your expertise in sales and the digital payments ecosystem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, engaging with potential clients and driving revenue growth. Whether through lead generation, negotiations, or fostering strong client relationships, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact and grow your career within a leading fintech organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the digital payments space.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Digital Payments’ ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
