About the Role
• Partnering with leadership to understand business needs and ensure HR strategies support company growth. • Supporting employees in navigating challenges and fostering open communication. • Driving key talent initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity programs. • Collaborating with different teams to align organizational vision with actionable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1) Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.) 2) Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business 3) Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies 4) Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement 5) Developing or assisting in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy 6) Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience HRBP role • Post-Graduation in HR or Equivalent degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. • Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment. • Good grasp of HRM techniques and excellent people management skills • Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills • A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc. • Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization • Superb problem-solving skills • Open to travel • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
