Manager - Business Development

Business Title: Manager - Business Development

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Who we’re looking for:
• 5–8 years of experience post MBA or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in Fintech, account hunting & account management
• Experience in B2B sales, PSPs, enterprise sales or Payment Gateway companies preferred, 

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target mid to large enterprises for strategic partnerships
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers
• Design custom payment solutions aligned with merchant needs
• Drive new revenue through high-value deals
• Generate opportunities via cold outreach, research, referrals, and networking
• Track market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
• Own the end-to-end merchant journey – acquisition to onboarding
