M2 Senior Manager - Partnership Sales

About the Role
As Senior Key Account Manager – Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key partners in the payments ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new business opportunities, develop joint go-to-market initiatives, and engage at the leadership and CXO levels, contributing directly to PayU’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives
 - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective partners
 - Lead joint marketing and promotional activities with partners
 - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to execute partnership initiatives
 - Engage in senior-level conversations with CXOs and leadership, representing PayU’s interests
 - Analyze campaign performance and ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies
 - Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities within fintech and payments
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in fintech, partnerships, sales, or business development
 - Deep understanding of the payments and partner ecosystem
 - Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships
 - Experience with joint marketing initiatives and campaign management
 - Comfortable engaging with leadership and CXO-level stakeholders
 - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GTM strategies
 - Excellent communicator and team player, adept at cross-functional collaboration
