The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team within PayU's Risk Management vertical is dedicated to protecting our payment infrastructure and enabling secure financial transactions across global markets. We enable PayU to process secure payments while maintaining customer trust and regulatory compliance, supporting millions of transactions daily across diverse markets. Our mission is to empower secure payments through comprehensive risk management that balances protection with innovation.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated ERM Intern to support the risk management team in identifying, assessing and monitoring organizational risk. This role offers hand on experience to risk frameworks, compliance processes and cross functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Help in identifying risk assessment and control evaluations.
- Work with stakeholders to track risk mitigation plans and closures.
- Support internal audits and compliance related activities.
- Help streamline ERM processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
