About the Team:

Join our Central Finance Controllership Team, a vital function within our Finance organization that serves as the backbone of financial integrity and compliance. Based out of our Gurgaon office, our team is primarily responsible for Internal Control over Financial Reporting, including the design and implementation of robust internal controls over financial reporting processes.

The team plays a crucial role in the preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements as per IND-AS and Companies Act requirements, ensuring full regulatory compliance and transparency. Our core responsibilities encompass monthly book closure activities, comprehensive Balance Sheet reconciliation, detailed Variance Analysis, and maintaining control over the Chart of Accounts (COA). We are also responsible for preparing Quarterly Financial Statements and comprehensive management reporting to our Parent Group entity.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Central Finance Controllership Team. This internship opportunity is specifically designed for CA (Chartered Accountancy) students who are eligible for industrial training as per ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) guidelines, providing structured exposure that aligns with professional certification requirements.

The role offers excellent exposure to various aspects of financial reporting, accounting processes, and statutory compliance in a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain hands-on experience in financial statement preparation, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit processes. This position provides an invaluable opportunity to understand the practical application of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate finance best practices.

The successful candidate will be exposed to real-world financial challenges and will contribute meaningfully to critical financial processes while building a strong foundation for their chartered accountancy career.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support group reporting team in loading data onto HFM from onestream.
  • Clearing validations at HFM / OS
  • Preparation of control sheet OS to HFM walk on monthly basis
  • Assistance during H1 / Annual group audit / FC1 and budget submission
  • Migration of onestream to SAP etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be pursuing CA course and eligible for industrial training as per ICAI internship guidelines
  • Good exposure in accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and statutory audits during articleship period
  • Strong understanding of IND-AS, Companies Act, and other relevant accounting standards
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
