Position Overview 
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month contractual assignment to support our expanding Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role requires strong technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Advanced Excel to manage our recruitment operations effectively during our scaling phase. 

Key Responsibilities 💼 

Recruitment Operations: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones using SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Manage high-volume candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in SAP SuccessFactors ATS 

  • Generate comprehensive recruitment reports and analytics using Advanced Excel functions 

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical assessments through the system 

  • Partner with hiring managers to track and fulfill urgent hiring requirements 

  • Post job openings and manage candidate flow through SAP SuccessFactors 

Data Management & Analytics: 

  • Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for recruitment tracking and reporting 

  • Utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas for recruitment metrics analysis 

  • Generate daily/weekly recruitment dashboards and KPI reports in Excel 

  • Maintain candidate databases and perform data analysis for hiring trends 

  • Create recruitment forecasts and capacity planning reports 

SAP SuccessFactors Administration: 

  • Configure job postings and manage candidate workflows in SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Maintain system data integrity and candidate profile accuracy 

  • Generate system reports and extract data for analysis 

  • Coordinate with IT for system troubleshooting and enhancements 

  • Train hiring managers on system functionalities as needed 

Candidate Experience: 

  • Manage candidate communication through SAP SuccessFactors automated workflows 

  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates via the system 

  • Coordinate candidate logistics and interview scheduling through the platform 

  • Ensure seamless candidate experience during our scaling phase 

Required Qualifications 📋 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition 

  • MANDATORY: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting module) 

  • Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments 

Technical Skills (MANDATORY): ⚡ 

  • Advanced Excel proficiency including: 

  • Pivot tables and advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.) 

  • Data analysis and visualization 

  • Macro creation and automation 

  • Dashboard creation and reporting 

  • SAP SuccessFactors expertise including: 

  • Job posting and requisition management 

  • Candidate profile management and tracking 

  • Report generation and data extraction 

  • Workflow configuration and management 

  • System administration and troubleshooting 

Core Competencies: 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills 

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines 

  • Experience in coordinating technical and non-technical hiring 

  • Flexible approach to changing priorities and system requirements 

Preferred Qualifications ⭐ 

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration with other HR systems 

  • Advanced Excel certification or equivalent 

  • Previous contract or project-based recruitment experience 

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or technology industry 

  • Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
