Senior Analyst

JD – Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Onboarding and RCM modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Drive system enhancements and process improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and system updates
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user support for SuccessFactors modules
  • Prepare documentation and provide training to end-users as needed
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
  • Stay updated on new features and releases in SuccessFactors

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Onboarding and RCM modules
  • Strong understanding of HR processes related to performance management and compensation
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within SuccessFactors
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in vendor management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field
  • SuccessFactors certification(s) in Onboarding and RCM modules (mandatory)
