Senior Analyst
JD – Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Onboarding and RCM modules to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Drive system enhancements and process improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and system updates
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user support for SuccessFactors modules
- Prepare documentation and provide training to end-users as needed
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Stay updated on new features and releases in SuccessFactors
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Onboarding and RCM modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes related to performance management and compensation
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within SuccessFactors
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in vendor management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field
- SuccessFactors certification(s) in Onboarding and RCM modules (mandatory)
