- You will be a one-stop shop for all tech requirements for enterprise merchants integrations & onboarding for checkout finance and transactional credit products.
- Core responsibility of this role is to identify business goals and challenges of PayU Finance's merchants and work closely with Product, Engineering, Partnership and other internal teams to deliver a compelling solution.
- Interfacing with PayU's product engineering teams to align and present solutions for existing and prospective customers via on hand demonstrations
- Understand PayU's credit product suite and provide unique solution offerings after discussions with customer’s technical and business teams. Guide the Customer’s/Merchant's tech and QA teams on integration aspects for onboarding.
- Create and maintain SOPs based on new changes in the integration suite to scale the onboardings for new merchants seamlessly.
- Required to work with partnership business team to provide value addition for PayU Finance in the form of defining customer requirements, goals and challenges in order to provide customised, compelling, and differentiated credit solutions.
