About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Lead - StartUp Growth to spearhead our demand generation efforts specifically targeting the startup ecosystem. This role sits at the critical intersection of marketing strategy and sales enablement, requiring a hands-on professional who can design, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns from the ground up.

As a key contributor to our StartUp Sales team, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing our startup lead pipeline through sophisticated marketing automation, performance campaigns, and strategic content distribution. This position demands both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a focus on generating high-quality leads from startup founders, investors, and key decision-makers within the startup community.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and possess the technical expertise to independently manage complex marketing systems while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel strategies to identify and generate qualified leads from the startup ecosystem for the sales team
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) focused on startup leads, including budget management and sophisticated targeting
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and technical SEO audits, collaborating with the Content team to optimize existing and new content for search visibility targeting startup founders, investors, and the broader startup community
  • Design, build, and deploy complex email campaigns and automated marketing journeys (founder nurturing sequences, investor engagement workflows, startup milestone automation) from scratch
  • Oversee comprehensive list segmentation, data health maintenance, and lead scoring to ensure effective targeting and high deliverability across startup stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize landing pages and relevant website sections for conversion rate optimization (CRO) specifically targeting startup engagement and partnership interest
  • Own marketing analytics end-to-end, including setting up tracking systems, dashboards, and comprehensive reporting on key funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, Conversion Rates, ROI, CAC)
  • Design and execute systematic A/B tests across emails, advertisements, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
  • Provide regular, detailed performance reports and actionable insights to Sales and Leadership teams
  • Collaborate closely with Content & Community teams to amplify content output and ensure effective distribution via performance channels within the startup ecosystem
  • Provide the Sales team with data-backed insights on startup lead behavior and high-quality marketing materials to support outreach efforts to founders and startup stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments
  • Must demonstrate ability to design, build, and deploy complex email campaigns and automated marketing journeys (nurturing sequences, engagement workflows) independently from scratch
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing B2B or SaaS paid acquisition campaigns, specifically across LinkedIn and other professional channels, with demonstrated success in generating high-value, niche leads (startup founders/investors)
  • Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, with ability to conduct comprehensive audits and collaborate with content teams to drive organic visibility within the target startup ecosystem
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and Marketing Automation tools (Netcore or similar platforms)
  • Must demonstrate capability to own marketing analytics comprehensively, including setting up tracking systems, building dashboards, and reporting on key metrics (MQLs, Conversion Rates, ROI)
  • Willingness and ability to perform hands-on operational work to maintain marketing systems and ensure data integrity
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
