P4 Lead - Finance

Location: Gurgaon 

Role Summary

The Business Finance Manager will act as a strategic partner to business units, driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes for assigned business units.
• Analyze P&L, monitor key financial metrics, and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
• Support business teams with pricing, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor ROI on business investments.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and business reviews to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to support strategic projects and new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.
• Support automation and process improvement in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• CA/MBA in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance (fintech/payments/e-commerce preferred).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with pricing, contract review, and business case development.
