About the Team
The team operates in the digital payments ecosystem globally, collaborating across functions such as Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance. It is committed to delivering high-quality Payment Gateway solutions to leading banks across different geograaphies (INDIA, EMEA &APAC).
About the Role
The role focuses on Delivery and Program management within the payments, fintech, and digital (SaaS, PaaS) space. It requires expertise in managing large-scale projects for banks, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer-centric execution. Key responsibilities include driving multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment, tracking project costs, developing account strategies, and negotiating new business contracts.
Responsibilities:
• You will be required to efficiently run multiple complex projects at the same time, involving multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. There is nothing slow paced in the mobile internet economy.
• Stay on top of every little thing that goes on in the project.
• Communicate effectively and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders (Business, Banks, Partners)
• The key to building a world class product, is world class documentation. It is your job to ensure everybody does their part and does a good job about it. .
• Track actual project cost against estimated cost.
• Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Resolve customer concerns and requests efficiently.
• Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate new business contracts with clients.
• Offer product and service consultations for clients.
• Encourage sales among current and new clients.
• Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.
• Develop customized programs to meet client needs and close business.
Requirements:
• 12+ yrs with minimum 5 years of project/program management experience in payments.
• Should be from strong Payments background .
• Good understanding of the payments, fintech and Digital (SaaS, PaaS) background
• Hands on experience in collaborating with cross functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Finance.
• Proficient in managing client relationship.
• Hands on in delivering large projects to banks
• Business savy, customer centric and good communication.
• Very good understanding of Project and Program Management
