About the Role:
This is a leadership role to lead PayU’s startups vertical. The goal is to increase PayU’s market share in the startup ecosystem by building and scaling the startup platform and expanding high-impact initiatives such as inFINity and strategic partnerships.
You will operate as the vertical owner, driving founder access, product adoption, and revenue through content, community, ecosystem partnerships, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Scale the Startup Platform
- Build and scale PayU for Startups as a cohesive platform across community, content, partnerships, and founder programs.
2. Scale Content and Community Engines
- Establish content and community as core growth levers- driving founder engagement, and inbound demand at scale
3. Scale inFINity, our flagship accelerator
- Scale inFINity into a leading fintech accelerator, driving high-quality founder access and product adoption.
4. Drive GTM & Adoption
- Own the founder journey from discovery through activation; convert ecosystem reach into sustained product usage and growth.
5. Expand Ecosystem & Government Partnerships
- Build and leverage relationships across VCs, accelerators, government bodies, and operator networks to drive distribution.
6. Lead Cross-Functional Execution
- Align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes and market share growth.
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in startups, venture capital, partnerships, or growth roles
• Experience building or scaling ecosystem-led programs, platforms, or GTM initiatives
• Strong execution capability with the ability to operate across strategy and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to work with founders, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders
