About the Team
The Presales team serves as the crucial technical bridge between sales and customers, providing specialized knowledge
to help prospects understand how solutions address their specific needs. This team plays a vital role in the pre-purchase
phase by demonstrating functional capabilities, answering functional questions, building functional and technical proposals and handling RFX end to end in coordination with cross functional teams.
About the Role
The incumbent will be a key member of the Presales Team for providing Product presentation, Product demonstration,
Managing Proof of Concept with the support of Engineering team, Respond to RFI / RFP / Bid Management.
Responsibilities
• Effectively driving and articulating solutions through Customer facing documentation and presentations,
delivered to the highest standard
• Act as a Product representative within the team and own the Product solution for the Customer
• Manage and be ready for Core Product presentation, amend product presentation suiting customer
Needs product demonstration at the request (planned/ad hoc) of Sales force/Customers
• Own product collaterals from presales point of view (like Product Decks, Brochures, demo environment,
Capability Docs, Competition Analysis) and keep them updated on ongoing basis with the help of engineering
team
• Perform Competition Analysis & Market research to assimilate latest digital and payment technology & features
in products
• Participate in customer calls and events as necessary to promote Wibmo products and services through
presentations of technology and architecture to prospects
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-8 yrs. of relevant experience
• Should be from a Payments background with knowledge on Payment Security, PG and Prepaid
• Good understanding of the payments, fintech and Digital (SaaS, PaaS) background
• Understanding of platform play, technology solutions/product sales
• Expert-level understanding towards the payment authentication platform, Digital payments, Fraud and Risk
Management, Issuing, Acquiring, Host of Merchant services and digital issuance of prepaid platform.
• Executive presence and an out and out customer facing person with excellent communication skills.
• Confidently give demos/presentations and conduct workshops with customers
• Payments Related Certifications - Preferred
• Business savy, customer centric
