Job Description: Director of Adtech Product - AI-Driven Marketing Platform
Location: GGN/BLR/MUM
We're building an autonomous digital marketing platform that integrates identity resolution with programmatic execution. Our platform combines a proprietary DMP with a billion deterministic identities, AI-powered creative generation, and DSP capabilities for real-time optimization.
The Role: Lead product development for our AI-driven marketing platform, bridging audience insights with programmatic buying. You'll architect integration between our identity platform and DSP execution layer, enabling automated campaign optimization and personalized creative at scale.
Impact: Shape how brands execute programmatic campaigns using deterministic identity data, moving beyond traditional DSP limitations toward autonomous campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive PayU Insight's ad tech platform build strategy and product roadmap
- Design integrated identity-DSP platform with feedback loops between audience data, creative generation, and performance
- Scale automated media buying and optimization capabilities
- Ensure platform differentiation by working closely with engineering and product teams
- Oversee integration strategies with DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
- Drive innovation in cookieless targeting and privacy-first advertising
- Collaborate with Sales and partnerships on GTM strategies and martech integrations
- Build relationships with Indian media networks, publishers, and ad tech ecosystem
- Represent company at industry events and provide technical guidance on ad serving and attribution
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years in ad tech with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Track record building and launching ad tech platforms
- Expert in programmatic advertising ecosystems and platform development
- Deep understanding of DMPs, CDPs, DSPs, identity resolution, and attribution modeling
- Proven B2B tech product GTM execution and 0-to-1 product launches
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at ad tech companies focusing on AI/Analytics platforms
- MBA from Tier 1 college
- Existing relationships with Indian ad tech companies and knowledge of local digital advertising landscape
- 3+ years managing technical partnerships in Indian martech ecosystem
