About the Role
- Responsible for business growth, client acquisition, customer success and executing the GTM strategy, growth & partnerships for PG and TV in sync with the regional Sales leaders.
- Understand merchants/fintech/acquiring bank business objectives and work with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum impact for the clients
- Working with the global banks, fin-techs, merchants, aggregators, PSPs major bureaus, and networks (VISA & MC) to monetize PG & TV solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and collaborate with product and sales team in building the right products and future capabilities for banks and fintech and drive appropriate product pricing
- Identify new market opportunities and upsell/cross sell PG solutions to drive growth of current key account and enhance revenue and profitability.
- Drive Strategic Planning: Act as voice of market, bring the required intel for building future roadmap or product blueprint based on live use cases from banks, market research and competitive benchmarking.
- Conduct Client presentations, demos, workshops, product walkthroughs.
Requirements:
- Tier-1 Management Institutions with a master’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, IT and/or Product Management would be preferred.
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in Payment Industry with deep knowledge in PG & Token Vault
- A strong analytical background with high exposure to Payment Gateway, 3DSS and Tokenization.
- Prior experience in providing PG Solutions to clients globally.
- Strong customer facing business ownership with stakeholder management and people management
- Ability to formulate real business problems under modelling framework and develop solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex modelling results, strategic vision and goals to business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaborate across a matrix organization partnering with analytics, product, technology, marketing and external vendors to deliver solutions at top speed
