Roles and Responsibilities

Onboarding:
Pre joining
Onboarding workflow
New Joiner readiness
Day 1 and Detailed induction

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including pre-joining communication, document validation, and induction scheduling.
Ensure all onboarding formalities are completed before the date of joining (DOJ).
Liaise with IT/Admin for joiner readiness and coordinate with externa, vendor for new-joinee kit delivery.
Conduct pre-joining calls and Day 1 induction, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Continuously improve the onboarding experience (Day 1, 30, 60, 90) based on feedback.

BGV

Trigger BGV process promptly for all new joiners and consultants.
Follow up with candidates and vendors to ensure timely completion.
Manage discrepant BGV cases as per company guidelines and ensure closure

Audit & Compliance

Support HR audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and timely submission of required records.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements across all HR Ops processes handled

Employee Experience & Support

Serve as the SPOC for onboarding in specific locations (e.g., Bangalore).
Provide ongoing support to employees for HR Ops-related queries and escalate issues as needed.
Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes.

Best Practices

Maintain clear process documentation and regularly update SOPs.
Foster proactive communication with stakeholders (employees, managers, vendors).
Leverage HR technology for process automation and data accuracy.
Ensure confidentiality and data security in all HR Ops activities.
