About the Team:
As a Enterprise (Whale Account) Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing a platinum portfolio of large enterprise clients especially in eCom, Quick commerce, Food Delivery etc.
About the Role:
As the Enterprise (Whale Account) Team Lead, you will be leading a team of Key Account Managers. TL should take lead responsibility for managing and overseeing large enterprise merchants. In addition to core payment products, you will lead efforts in driving other platform level products with objective of gaining wallet share, better payment experience, deeper penetration with the large goal of achieving higher Revenue and Gross Margin numbers. Additionally, you’ll drive process improvements and service standards to provide best in class services to these large enterprises. This role requires a keen understanding of Core payments like Card Payments, UPI, Affordability etc and managing highly competitive KAMs and guiding and driving them to drive organization leadership objective in payments.
A successful candidate will work closely with, other stakeholders and support team with the organization like, Banking Ops, Banking Alliances, On-boarding, L&C, Finance etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in long-term sales/project pipeline development.
- Stakeholder management across levels and cross-functions
- Be informed of the payment industry landscape, competitions/competitors and client requirements at various levels.
- Participate in building the most advanced payments platform (Core Payments ++) with the large eCom/Quick Commerce etc in South/Bangalore.
- Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve the same.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Passion towards building a large consumer fintech business
- Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry
- Should have around 12+ years of experience.
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
- Should be open with traveling across the region.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
